Executive MBA Business Analytics

The minimum requirements for admission to the Program are: 

• A three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognized University; (UG and/or PG Degree in any discipline containing at least two core papers on Mathematics and/or Statistics with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognized University);
• At least three years of experience in executive capacity in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons with minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree can also be considered;
• Minimum age of 23 years as on July 01, 2023; 
• Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIMB.

Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests:
a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on January 05, 2023, or
b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on November 24, 2022, or
c) GMAT taken in 2021 or 2022, or
d)X-GMT to be conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar on January 25, 2023.
Applicants opting for XAT/CAT have to follow XAT/CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIMB, if not opting for X-GMT.

Applicants also have to fill up the online application form separately for XUB programme at: www.xavieruniversity.org Upon successfully filling the online application form and paying the relevant application fee, the applicant will be intimated by email about the acceptance of the form.

It may be noted that besides registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT, one has to apply (online) separately to Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.

Eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview session at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai. Screening for interviews will be based on a candidate’s past academic performance and relevant work experience and CAT/XAT/GMAT/X-GMT scores. Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses.

This one-year full-time Executive MBA in Business Analytics program is specifically designed for working executives and practicing managers and is as rigorous as the two-year full-time MBA program. The program consists of 4 Terms, and the participants will be in the campus for about one academic year.
